I had set up server on win10 home edition, Did not tweak any of defaults, launched server, checked i can access it from my phone, Turned off jellyfin (hope so), came home from a walk. Youtube is lagging, jellyfin web client is showing loading wheel, even though i can type/click stuff. Restarted pc, made sure to disable antything JF related. i also should note i have old pc (laptop) and it is set to work in public networks. i am more concerned however, about infecting my system.

What are the server specs? Is the entire PC lagging?

Can you share your jellyfin logs via pastebin? The logs are located in C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\log
