My Jellyfin server can be detected by all devices on my network, but not my LG TV. The TV used to connect but recently stopped. Oddly, Quick Connect is missing from the connection screen too.

My server is version 10.8.13 and LG WebOS is version 23.20.68. The error says "Request timed out", or "Are you sure you are connecting to a Jellyfin server?"

    Any ideas very gratefully received.

Can you share your jellyfin logs via privatebin.net? Nothing has changed with the WebOS app to explain what you're seeing. Did the TV lose network connectivity?

Thank you for responding. Logs are here: https://privatebin.net/?d93dc4b3539296ae...PPmjkcaXZN

The TV may have lost connection, but was and is connected now. Jellyfin issue persists (IN THE WEB BROWSER ON THE TV TOO, as well as the app) but the browser can access other sites and all other apps requiring connectivity function as normal.

Are you using a reverse proxy? I don't see anything wrong in the server log that would explain things other than the websocket errors at the end.
