    Hi All,

    Specifically on my Nvidia Shield(local) and my dads  Nvidia Shield(external) Live TV stops playing after 2-3 minutes. This started happening around the time Schedules Direct stopped happening. In Brave/Chrome Live TV streams fine.

    I have HDHomeRun setup inside Jellyfin. I found that my CPU was spiking due to transcoding. I enabled Nvidia HW acceleration and am no longer seeing that.

    Apologies for any missing info, this is my first post.

    Best,
    James

    What GPU do you have? And what distro? It looks like this is a docker install. The one that looks ok (ffmpeg log 2) is transcoding to H264. The one that looks sus (ffmpeg log 1) is transcoding to HEVC.

    @TheDreadPirate
    GPU: GTX1080
    Distro: Ubuntu server 24.04
    Proxmox VM > Ubuntu > Docker install with GPU pass through > setup HW transcoding
    Issue was happening before HW transcoding was setup. ffmpeg log 2 was likely in a chrome browser and ffmpeg log 1 was an Nvidia Shield

    @LadyZero
    Hosting at home behind pfsense HA proxy for both local and external connections. Pfsense+HA proxy is a recent change. I tried following this guide: https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-haproxy-on-...ated-dec24
    It made no change to the disconnect problem.
    I'm going to go back to Nginx Proxy Manager to test

    After switching back to NPM live TV has been playing for the last 30min. I'll probably just stay on NPM and call it a day. Unsure what about pfsense+HA proxy was causing the disconnect
