Media Folders In A Seedbox

I'm running Jellyfin from my seedbox which keeps all my files (music, movies, books etc) in one giant folder. Is there anyway to separate these into separate media folders on the desktop app?

You have to separate out the content types into their own folders, then point the Jellyfin library of the appropriate type to those folders.
