So I have a library with a folder containing assorted flacs and pdfs.  When I scan my library, the folder shows up as a media item - it points to a pdf which is contained in the folder, and instead of the pdf filename, the media has the same name as the folder.  And I don't see any of the subdirectories containing flacs.
    My file structure:

    Root_Folder:
    ..Flac_Folder1
    ..Flac_folder2
    ..Flac_folder3 etc
    ..pdf_instruction_manual.pdf

    Creates a Media "Root_Folder" which opens "pdf_instruction_manual.pdf"

if I rename the pdf file extension to something like .old and rescan my library, the subdirectories and files will show up as expected.

This is a books library, if that matters.
Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?
