Hello,


I download Spiderman Home Coming movie and seem the jellyfin not recognize the movie picture.
In the metadata i already fil movie id for IMDB and TheMovieDB with no helping. Anyone know why?

1. Try refreshing the metadata to replace all images.
2. Open the image metadata editor to see if you do have images saved in the first place.
3. Go to your client settings and make sure backdrops are enabled.
