Lately I have been having an issue where the poster/thumbnail of some movies won't load. Jellyfin is hosted on Ubuntu server running version 10.8.13. The files still play completely fine and all other metadata is present (as shown in one of the screenshots) it's only the images that won't load. I have tried uploading my own image and that doesn't work either.

In the "Edit Metadata" screen is there an ID in any of the online provider fields?

You have a lot of permission issues.  Including inside of the jellyfin server directory

    Code:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/var/lib/jellyfin/metadata/library/fe/fe4315e730f234749b16231db0acd388' is denied.

Did you do use chown, or something, in /var/lib/jellyfin?

Nope I haven't changed permissions at all, that's really weird.

Check the permissions on the various /var/lib/jellyfin directories, make sure jellyfin-server is actually running as the jellyfin user.
