Movies have disappeared from Jellyfin, but files still exist

Hey everyone.

I went looking to watch some Star Wars this weekend, but I found that my movies were suddenly no longer showing up in the search results. After searching, I found a bunch of errors like "Unable to find linked item at path" in the docker container logs, all for files that would have matched my search terms of "Star Wars". The client app is irrelevant, it happens in every one I've tried (android TV, web, android), even FinDroid.
- I verified that the files were still in the mounted volume, and were still playable via MPV
- I verified that the files were still accessible by the jellyfin container by running ffprobe on them from inside the container -- all good.

All of these movies were showing up correctly and playable as of last week. I don't know what would have happened.

I noticed that some other results for this log entry have mentioned that it might have something to do with collections. I did have these movies in a "Star Wars" collection, so I deleted the collection and re-scanned my folder, but it had no effect.

Debian 11 x64
Docker container
Jellyfin 10.9.4
My media volume is mounted as read-only, and metadata is stored in its own folder

It doesn't sound like this issue to me because these are movies, and seasons have nothing to do with it. They are in a library that is marked as "Movies".
