Recommend a Jellyfin music client that covers all Apple platforms and supports iOS, iPad, macOS, tvOS, carPlay, and Native development. It is only about 3MB in size, and carPlay can automatically connect and play without opening the app

AFAIK, none of the jellyfin clients will cover all of them.
Finamp is the only native music app I'm aware of on iOS. Should also work on iPadOS. Carplay support is on the roadmap, but currently only supports Android Auto.
