    Jellyfin Forum Support Troubleshooting New install will not start

    New install will not start and log files in error were never made

    Hello all! 

    I'm coming from Plex and started making a new server with new to me parts. After installation, I went to start the server and got the error "Could not start the Jellfin server process after the specified wait period. You can find the server Logs at: C:\ProgramData\Jellfin\server\log" However, no such folder or file name only "log" exists. 

    What could have gone wrong?
    I used jellfin_10.11.5_windows-x64.exe to install it.
    The CPU is an Xeon X-2123, and I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
