Hello I just switched my router and I found my IPv4 address using ipconfig but when I plug it in http://[IPaddress]:8096/web it wont pull up I tried on multiple devices. Is there a file that I need to update? if so where and how can I do that?
its a windows 10 pc running the jellyfin server
Also testing the http://[IPaddress]:8096/web on the server pc pulls it up just fine.
Well after a successful ping a nmap scan told me my 8096 port was 8096/tcp filtered unknown turns out when I connected my new router it changed to a "public network" so all the rules allowing jellyfin on the private network went out the window
tl:dr
Windows firewall blocking 8096 on public, changed to private network, works now.
