i do like the diligence here of removing options that could be abused but in my own opinion if someone got a file onto your server and got it marked +x you probably have larger issues, at least jellyfin won't aid anyone doing such things though

I am starting to have problems with my server over the last few weeks, I am on Windows 10 with this server version on the latest Google Chrome when I go to my server on my laptop let say 30 minutes the pictures of media are black & when I hover the media the photo is displayed & when I move off it goes back to black, I have to refresh the page to get it to work correctly is anyone else having this problem ?

Please start a separate thread and provide your jellyfin and ffmpeg logs.  And what your hardware specs are.
