New User cannot acces media

I am out of ideas, honestly. Reinstall? Backup /var/lib/jellyfin before doing so.

I changed the tag to "YYY" and thats what the kids profile is now allowed - its working. I dont know why, but this is ok for me, as i edit all the movies & shows my kids should be allowed to watch by hand anyway


Edit: No, its just working for series, but not for movies. Is it safe to reinstall when doing a backup for /var/lib/jellyfin? I have a really huge database which took me 5 days to scrape. I do not want to do that again.

What was the tag before?

Tag was "Kids", but i did not test it with series. I saw 2 movies which had a "kids" tag (they have been in recently added for the kids user, but also not accessible), so i decided to change the tag to something different which is exclusivly for my particular case.

As it works now with series might be by accident, i did not test it before. Log just shows the login of "Kids" user, but nothing else

I wonder if "Kids" is a reserved tag or something. Triggering something else in Jellyfin.

Tested with "Kids" again, working in series only 🤷🏼‍♂️
