Hi all, I was hoping someone could help a long time user here. It could just be something I have done. I had a Jellyfin instance running in Proxmox perfectly on 10.7.7 until a few days ago. I added another Proxmox server, moved the Quadro card I was using and re-installed Windows and installed Jellyfin 10.9.8. The added all the directories and the scan completed due to me having the NFO file in the media folders along with all the images and everything works perfectly as intended except that when I add any media, the NFO file don't scan into the media folder and neither do the images like they did in the past. Here is what it did in the past:

When adding anything new, all that shows in the folder is the actual file itself. My settings are:

Is it a setting I haven't checked or does Jellyfin do it differently now? Thank you.

The log you shared was from 7/30. Did you add media during this period? I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

Was your content already scanned into Jellyfin when you enabled NFO saver?

In terms of content, I installed the OS and what else I needed, then installed Jellyfin. I then setup Jellyfin and added the libraries and selected NFO saver and save images into folder. Then added the folder to scan as previously 10.7.7 I had done it and it worked, so I did the same thing.

From the original scan, a few days before that log, I have added 2 movies.

I have added a tv show last night and this morning.

Manually scan your library from the dashboard and choose the "Replace All Metadata" option. If NFOs are still not populating, post the logs.

Jellyfin doesn't have write permission to the drive, that's why the NFOs aren't being created. How are they setup?

    Code:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'Z:\tv_shows\house_of_the_dragon_2022\season_01_1080p_remux_avc_sdr_8bit_dts_hd_ma_7.1\hotd_s01e08_the_lord_of_the_tides.nfo' is denied.
