No playback possible Jellyfin Media Player

Hi all, experiencing a weird issue...

When trying to playback with the Jellyfin Media Player, the player crashes. Logs show the errors: 

• playbackmanager playback error type: mediadecodeerror
  
• fatal media error encountered, try to recover
  

Media player version: 1.11.0
GPU: RTX 4080 Super
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7800X3D
Playback in the browser (Vivaldi) works on the same computer without issues.

Anybody knows what I could try? Settings are all left to default. Logs below

What happens when you go to Settings > Client Settings and change hardware decode to disabled?

Those are the jellyfin media player logs. I need the server logs.

Why would those matter? Playback works fine in browsers and android apps, it's just that it doesn't work with the Jellyfin Media Player. If they're really necessary I can try and get them tomorrow, as my brother is hosting the server.

I'm assuming you are using a reverse proxy. Are you passing the web socket in the reverse proxy config?

And what server version are you using?

Because I need to see how the server is interacting with JMP.
