I have installed Jellyfin on docker as a stack. And in the stack i told it to look for media under /media/myusername because that is where my external drives are mapped. But when i try to add a folder to my Jellyfin library, it shows that there is nothing in my hard drive. And it also looks like all the other directories have nothing in them. (I am very new to Jellyfin)

How did you configure the jellyfin container? With a docker compose file? Can you share the config for your jellyfin container?

I found the solution, i just had to point it to the drive itself and not just where the drives are stored

You said you have an external hard drive at "/media/myusername" but I don't see that path in your docker config. And you have the same source directory listed twice.

    A) You need to remove the duplicate "/media/tv-pc" volume
    B) You need to add "/media/myusername" to the volume list
