Hello, I have been having issues with PGGSUB subtitles. Whenever they are enabled there seems to be a green tint and washed out image whenever they are enabled on an HDR movie/show. Using subrip/off fixes this.
I do not know if its related but if av1 hardware encoding/decoding is turned on the video cant even start with pggsub subtitles enabled and throws an error (it can with subrip/off).
Sorry if I am missing something obvious, I do not have much knowledge in this area.
My CPU is i7-8700 and I am using it's igpu for encoding/decoding.
I also tried disabling embedded subtitles in the library menu but they do not seem to disappear so having both pggsub subtitles and subrip subtitles will confuse my family members so I want to either remove pggsub subtitles and use subrip, or fix the pggsub issues.

I attached the playback log of the movie playing with PGGSUB enabled if it helps.

    Thanks

I managed to remove the PGGSUB subtitles, so I can use subrip subtitles without pggsub cluttering the UI.
still though is there a way to make pggsub work on my system? or is just hardware limitation?

PGS sub support depends entirely on the client.

On clients that use the webUI, there's an option to always burn PGS subs in to make them work.
