let me preface by saying I can provide any logs I'm asked to provide.

started out on windows 11, had jellyfin running no issues but windows would randomly restart after an update and the search function was slow, migrated to Linux mint and got jellyfin working (not in a docker, couldn't get that part to work) and been having zero issues until I came across a few movies/TV shows that I used to watch without issue when I was on windows that I'm now getting this "Source error(org.jellyfin.mobile)" on, any help in rectifying this issue is greatly appreciated, I don't think this is a permission issue as I do have other shows and movies in the same main folders that work perfectly, so this is kind of a head scratcher for me, thanks in advance for any help/advice, if you need access to the server to poke around or whatever, I have zero qualms granting that access and again, I can provide any logs necessary, provided is one of the ffmpeg transcode logs from one of the failed attempts...

sidenote: also a weird issue, I could get music to work in windows but I can't get it to find a single file in linux inside jellyfin, works fine in rhythmbox tho, darndest thing...
