Plugins are not working?

Hello,

I have e.g. the plugins
Intro Skipper
Intro
Theme Songs
installed. In the folders of the series you can see a theme.mp3, for example, but it is not played. An intro should be played before each movie/episode, but this does not happen, nor does the Intro Skipper (as I know it from Plex), there is no indication.
What could be the reason for this?
I am using Jellyfin 10.9.3 on Unraid. Other plugins such as SkinManager work.

Are all of the plugins fully up to date?

I just updated Jellyfin to 10.9.5, the plugins should be up to date, I've only been with Jellyfin for about 1.5 weeks.

Before that I was a satisfied Plex user for years with a purchased lifetime license.

The log looks normal. I know for some of the plugins you have to run a job so they can analyze your library, like intro skipper.

Dashboard > Scheduled Tasks

Have they been run? Did you install the plugins after scanning your library?
