Can you give me some advice on how to bring recordings from a conference stream into Jellyfin? I have two days with 5-10 videos each, that I would like to make accessible through Jellyfin.
I would like them to show up in order, because some of them are like "reception" or "matinee", i.e. the days have some kind of structure. It wouldn't feel right to have them show up alphabetically.
So I guess I'll need to create some kind of "series" (like a TV series) for them? Do I create one for all, or one per day?
What kind of library will I need? How do I manage the metadata (obviously, these videos are not in any kind of media database!)? How do I name the files, or do I just change the titles in JF? What level of detail should that contain?
If I enter the meta data in JF, can I batch this somehow, or do I need to type all the same data on each video individually? How would I even go about creating a series? Do I create one series for the conferences, containing two sub-series for each of the days? Or should I map the days as "seasons"?
Preferably, I would like to have them grouped with other videos, I already have a "documentaries" library, that would kinda fit. (I'm trying not to have too many libraries.) But can you combine individual videos with series of videos in one library? I guess I would be fine with creating a new "conferences" library.
Has anyone archived something like this before in JF and do you have any advice how to best manage that?
