    I have Anime folder , and made library with it , but inside anime folder there is movies folder, i want this movies folder in another library , I can make this , but the problem that the movie folder show in two libraries now , I don't want movie folder to show in the first library, I want it to show only in the second

    If you're linking a library to folders under a directory that's already a Jellyfin library, that's unsupported and will give you this issue. There's no way around this other than separating the library to be separate.

    Why not separate it for Jellyfin? You can make two folders, "Anime" & "Anime Movies" and have both be separate libraries.
