Jellyfin will not play certain video files or resume and fast forward is broken.

Hello,
Long time time Jellyfin user and first time poster! Thank you to all of the developers for all your hard work on this wonderful app.
There is one quirky thing I have noticed. There are certain video files I seem to have issues with playing on my Roku.
I am using Jellyfin channel and Jellyfin server 10.8.13. Maybe someone can shed some light on this for me. Is there a fix for this or a setting I am missing possibly?
Or maybe Jellyfin cannot support these types of video files?
For now i am just running them through Handbrake to reencode them so they will play. Any other suggestions I welcome.

This particular video file will not play via my roku. I just get a black screen and the clock just counts as if it is playing. But there is no sound or video.

Have you played with codec settings for the Roku app? I don't recall which Roku it is but I believe one of them struggles with native x265, same as if it's a 4k video file and your Roku doesn't support 4k it won't play.
