Good morning. For about a week jellybin you upload to me as in the screenshot and I have no chance to do anything. I can not see the covers, I can not update the libraries, I can not understand anything. I was hoping that in a few days it would settle down, but nothing. I have the latest version for ubuntu.

Can you share your jellyfin logs via privatebin.net?

    /var/log/jellyfin/log_20250410.log

    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100

I only see log_20250227. I have no other log.

I hope it is all correct.

Have you not been able to start Jellyfin since February?

    Code:
    sudo systemctl status jellyfin

Or did you switch to docker?

Also, your log was empty. Sooooo, not much to work with.

Share the output of this command.

    Code:
    sudo journalctl -u jellyfin -n 500 --no-pager
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE

    How did you install Jellyfin?

Can you share the output of this command?

    Code:
sudo apt list --installed | grep jellyfin
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage

    Code:
WARNING: apt does not have a stable CLI interface. Use with caution in scripts.

I installed it with "software" application of Ubuntu.

You have to remove the version you installed from Ubuntu's app store. It is a flatpak, which we don't recommend using if you can avoid it, and is running in the background and preventing the apt package install of Jellyfin from running.

Once you've removed the "store" version of Jellyfin, you will need to restart the Jellyfin service.

    Code:
    sudo systemctl restart jellyfin

Then you will need to open port 8096, 7359, and 1900.

    Code:
    sudo ufw enable
    sudo ufw allow 8096/tcp
    sudo ufw allow 7359/udp
    sudo ufw allow 1900/udp
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
