This is a strange one I do not understand.
Devices in question are an M1 iPad Pro 3rd generation and an LG OLED C1. I have used both the iPad app and the WebOS app as well as the browser on both devices. The video I have an issue with is The Last Of Us, all episodes do not have audio when watching through the app on both devices. It does however have audio when watching on the web version on both.
I have 3 4K films which have the same audio codec of 7.1 TrueHD and they all work with audio in the apps and on the web browser. I have enabled some options that I've seen when browsing but cannot for the life of me get it working.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatful. Some further details, the Server app is on the latest version (10.8.13-1) and is running Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. If any more information is needed including logs, let me know. What is strange as well is when watching it on the WebOS app, and checking the I from the dashboard, it reports as being fully supported with no modifications but when watching through a browser on the TV, it says it has an incompatible audio format or number channels and only the audio stream will be transcoded.
