Problems With Some Images Since Latest Few Updates

hi I am on debian 12.5 server and on the latest jellyfin 10.9.6 its a install on hardware not a docker install. 
I have noticed in the last couple updates that some images are missing.. like my plugins not all the images are showing in catalogue and also when i use identify there images are blank too. is this a big issue or have i maybe done something wrong.. my permissions are fine and all that works.. so not sure.

Hi was the images in identify and plugins ever solved? I still am unable to view images when i try identify and also 95% of my plugins are missing images in the plugins and catalog section and also when i identify i dont get images either.

I am just checking if it was ever fixed and if so then maybe i could have a permission problem possibly, but i doubt that.

also anyone having issues getting metadata from imdb, does it require a separate plugin? I am trying to identify with imdb number and it wont show up, i only get tvdb and that has wrong meta.

EDIT: I was looking at the github and you said it solved the issue, can you please tell me what you did. i tried reading but couldnt really understand what you did for the fix..

Can you share your log via pastebin? If it affects plugin images I'd guess that you have some networking issues.

imdb does not have a public api, so Jellyfin cannot pull metadata from it. You can however use the ID from it to identify the show and hopefully the other sources of metadata will get the correct show/movie to pull the metadata from there.

If you really want to use imdb, you can always do it by hand as Jellyfin lets you manually edit the metadata. Just copy paste the descriptions and titles of things as well as the artwork.
