Recently added movies in google TV show year

In the google TV app recently added movies show name, star rating, and age rating. 

I don't really care about age rating but find year the movie was released immensely more relevant. 
Basically what is shown in recently added movies in the web browser. 


Is it possible to change this?

No, it's not possible to change that. There is already a request on to add that that feature.
