On a handful of my shows, I get this error when playing:
    Playback Error
Unable to find a valid media source to play.
The episodes appear perfectly fine on my PC, and I can play them in VLC. But scanning library doesn't fix, and neither does refreshing the library.

Can you share your server logs? And ffmpeg logs too.

What CPU/GPU does your server have? And can you share your server's transcode settings too?

    Here are the logs
    https://pastecode.io/s/x7w0ugxy
    CPU: i5-12500, using iGPU
There are no ffmpeg logs for this because I never get to any transcode
