I've had my Jellyfin server up and running for some time. I use Caddy and DuckDNS to access it on my devices when I'm not on my local network. All of a sudden I can not access it from networks other than my home wifi.
From my computer I can access Jellyfin with localhost, my local IP address, and my DuckDNS URL. On my phone I deliberately am not connected to wifi, just the cellular network. I can not access it via the browser using the DuckDNS url and I also can not access it via the Jellyfin app using the DuckDNS url.
I'm not really sure what to do to troubleshoot. I made sure that my ip address hasn't changed and that port fowarding rules are still there/accurate.
