Roku: Multiple Subtitle Tracks Causes Error

Attempting to select one during playback causes a miscellaneous "Error During Playback"

    This is on version 2.0.0

As far as I can tell, trying to select a subtitle track when there are multiple available causes this issue. There will be a popup saying "Error During Playback", and no other information. Sometimes the video will continue playing without subtitles. Sometimes only audio will continue playing, which cannot be paused (even by going back to the menu). This is with custom subtitles turned on, and forced transcoding.

Has anyone else seen this behavior in the new version of the Roku app?

I'm not a Roku expert, but a bunch of people with older Rokus had to manually check for OS updates to bring their device up to the minimum OS version for Jellyfin 2.0.

    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100

My Roku software seems to be up to date already, so I'm not sure it's that.

What Roku OS are you on and what is your exact model? Did Roku stop supporting that model?

It's a 4800X Roku Ultra, running OS version 12.5.0. That seems like the most recent version, so it's probably still supported.

I'm leaving from vacation at my parents' house (where this Roku is actually located) so I probably won't be able to get more detailed debug information until I go back. For what it's worth, I tested this on two different devices (same HW/SW configuration) and got the same error.

Version 2.0.0 has mutiple problems with subtitles, they shgould fix it soon.
