My kids are having an issue with the Roku app on their TV. They've got the v2.0 build 7 version of the app, and I'm running 10.9.7 at home in Docker.

They've watched S01E01-E03 of a particular series. When they go back into the show, it tells them that E09 is the next one up, though it should obviously be E04. I do have all episodes of the first season of this show, so it's not showing E09 because E04-08 don't exist.
If they hit play on E09, it will actually play E08. If, instead, they scroll through the episode list to E04, it kicks off E03.
It will reliably play the episode number before the number they've selected. They can, and have been doing it this way as a work around, but it's obviously rather annoying.

If they completely exit the JF app on the TV and go back into it, it will still show that E09 is the next one up, but at least if they tell it to play E04, it will play E04.

I don't have the app on my TV and have never used it. I'm attempting to diagnose this remotely (they're halfway across the US from me, so I can't just stop by to fiddle).

I've attempted to reproduce the issue at my house using the web browser interface to JF - I've marked E01-03 of the show watched. It does tell me that E04 is the next one up and it does reliably play E04 when I select it.

This does happen on any show they pick, not just one particular series.

    * Is this a known issue?
    * Is there some sort of log from the Roku app they can upload?
    * Are there settings somewhere in the Roku app they can fiddle with? They've indicated they can't find any.
    * What troubleshooting steps should be taken next to help resolve this?

    TIA!

There are no logs for the Roku app. But can you share your server logs via pastebin? Censor any WAN IPs or domain names.
