Slow performance when viewing media on Android app

Hi experts.

I have Jellyfin running on RPi 4B+ using Docker compose on OpenMediaVault. I followed the latest docker guide in OMV homepage, where they used Jellyfin as a sample app.

I only have family photos and videos as media. No movies, TV or music.

I have noticed that the app loads my media files very slowly most of the time. What 'tuning' would you suggest/recommend?

Where are your photos and videos stored? And what do you mean "loads my media files very slowly". Are we talking about just displaying the list of files? Or are we talking about playing these family videos?
