SOLVED: Cannot access to the users tab

I've just tested it and I can't stop at the admin user configuration, I'm obliged to continue until I've configured the libraries.

I've also just noticed that via the inspect -> network tab on my browser, in the “users” response I can see my users, the only problem is the display of the users tab.

It should show you your existing libraries.  You can just click "Next" and nothing will change.

I've just deleted my CSS and now I have access to my users again. All I have to do is remove what's blocking the user management display.

What was the CSS that was blocking the Users page?  I didn't ask about CSS because it didn't look like you had any.
