SOLVED: Error: Refused to Connect

Turns out that the problem was caused by an incorrect MAC address. Changing it solved the problem.

Out of curiosity, where in your setup does the MAC address come into play?

In the login page for the Asustor NAS, under the Action tab, there is a Wake-on Lan option. When I clicked on it, there were two MAC addresses. The first option did not work, so I clicked on the second MAC address. It worked!
