SOLVED: Error during transcoding

I used the TrueNas Chart to install jellyfin

How far along into this are you? Is it too much trouble to switch to using TrueNAS Scale's Docker capability and installing our Official docker image? Looking at the TrueCharts git for their Jellyfin app, it looks like they are adding a bunch of stuff on top of our image that might be causing this issue.

I was able to test it on another computer and it works !! However, it also uses the same browser, Why it works on one and not on the other

Open the developer console on the broken host and attempt to watch a video. Anything in the developer console that stands out?

I tried it with Chrome and it works too, I think I'll just change browsers. Thanks a lot for your help

On the problem browser. Do you have any adblockers or script blockers?

I haven't found anything, maybe it's because it's a new installation of windows with a missing package.
