Our documentation says ~/.config/jellyfin/ and ~/.local/share/jellyfin/ need to be deleted.

I somehow missed that there's an ARM version for Apple silicon computers. Replacing the AMD version of the app actually fixed all scanning issues for both music and movies. It's not without flaws and still takes a while to scan but it doesn't crash anymore.
