Hello Jellyfin!
I had a thought the other day and wondered if it was possible.
My Current Setup
Raspberry Pi4 Wireguard VPN
i3 7100 SFF PC (My Jellyfin server)
Custom TrueNAS built NAS
My TrueNAS has a total of 5 (4 spare) Network Interfaces, my SFF PC has 2 (1 spare). I wondered if it was possible to use an ethernet cable to connect the Jellyfin media server directly to the NAS without any interruptions of LAN traffic. Think of it as a direct line to the data. Nothing would be stored on the Jellyfin media server except from the services.
Does anyone know if this is possible or am I over-complicating it?
