Hello, I'm having issues with a video playback - it would close out of it immediately after trying to open. Weird thing is, the video file was working fine last night up until I got to a certain chapter in the movie then I was receiving ffmpeg errors. After fidgeting around with some settings, I can't get the video file to run at all.

Operating System : Windows 11 with 13700k and 2070 super

Here is a copy of the current ffmpeg logs: https://pastebin.com/GvnhSb17
and here is a copy of the ffmpeg logs last night before I messed with settings: https://pastebin.com/ks1kU2N8

    Thanks!

The newer log is transcoding the video from HEVC 10bit HDR10 to H264 via NVENC. The older log was NOT transcoding the video.

What kind of client are you trying to play on? Different clients or the same client?

I don't have access to my JF at the moment, so trying to remember. In Jellyfin in your browser, there should be a setting to downmix the audio to stereo. Not the settings in the dashboard, the settings that appear when you click on your user icon in the top right. IIRC, Chrome doesn't support 7.1 audio. Supports max of 6 audio channels (5.1) from what I can find.

Also, can you share screenshots of Dashboard > Playback. Just want to make sure those are also set correctly.

Here is also the error I receive when trying to play the video on chrome:

I have also followed instructions and changed audio playback to 5.1
