this is my first post, so forgive me if I am not submitting this correctly.

Every couple of days all of my plugins provided by the default jellyfin stable repo will disappear from my installed plugins. I can reinstall them without issue, then just a few days later they are gone again. My alert screen shows them installing, but no reference of them being uninstalled. I have completely reinstalled jellyfin, did not help. I also have other plugins, like introskipper, that does not disappear like the default ones do. I have to set up my plugins every other day at this point and it is getting very annoying, and I am at my wits end. My logs provide no hints as to why they are disappearing. example "subtitle extraction" runs at 12:53p without issue, then no more records/logs of it until i reinstall it at 2pm.

Thank you for any help anyone can provide.

Give more info about where you installed jellyfin. Proxmox? docker? baremetal?

Did you create a volume for Jellyfin to write /config to? Or does Jellyfin only exist on a temporary volume? Does this only happen after you restart jellyfin?

Jellyfin has it's own permanent dataset and host path set. Happens whether or not Jellyfin remains on. Does not happen when I manually restart the app.

Can you show me how you created the datasets for both /config and /cache? And share your logs via pastebin. Particular a log from a day where this issue occurred.

not entirely sure what the exact cause was, but i deleted and re-added the Jellyfin Stable Repo again, and hasn't happened again since. marking as solved, hopefully that is the case.
