Slow UI and slow DB queries

I gave up and took a radical solution by backing up users and settings from the jellyfin.db and folders then I removed and rebuilt my library from scratch.

Everything is back to normal now... I wonder if somehow the database could have been malformed from a software/hardware crach or something... I will come back in case the issue starts occuring again.

Nevermind slowness has returned...
However I found a log in event viewer when I restarted a bunch yesterday: SQLite Error 8: 'attempt to write a readonly database'.

I have restarted Jellyfin running it as admin and speeds are back to normal.

I wonder if the way I stop Jellyfin and restart it for backup may have tangled permissions or something but I will keep digging that way.
