Using the roku client 1.6.6 and server 10.8.10.
I have a file with 2 audio streams. One is the 7.1 primary stream. One is a 2 channel commentary stream. On my roku, rather than downmix the 7.1 stream to allow it to play, the client simply plays the 2 channel commentary stream and will not let me select the 7.1 stream whatsoever. The only way to play the 7.1 stream is to force a transcode by enabling PGS subtitles (which have to be burned in, hence the transcode). Is there any way to force the server to downmix the audio without forcing a transcode of the video as well?
