When selecting certain episodes on my Samsung TV, they do not start streaming but get stuck on the backdrop image.
The UI gets stuck (almost) completely, though I can still exit the app by pressing the back button on my TV-remote several times.

I know the files to be fine as they do start playing when pre-selecting another audio-track (german) starting playback and switching to the default audio-track (english) after playback has started.
The files play completely fine on any other device I have tested (Firefox on Ubuntu, Firefox on Android phone).

    Jellyfin.log: https://pastebin.com/zsQa3fXS
FFmpeg.log after starting playback on the working audio-track and then switching: https://pastebin.com/QnwRxpnR

    My Setup:
Jellyfin Server: v10.10.3.0 as a LCX Container on a Proxmox host (setup via this Proxmox VE Helper-Script).
Jellyfin Client: Samsung TV running Tizen OS with a Jellyfin-App installed as described here.

Any Idea on what the issue could be?
    Thanks in advance!!

What model TV do you have? And can you share the media info for one the files that is working ok?

And what are your server hardware specs?
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

    The TV is a UE55RU8009U.

The media info of a working file is here.
The media info of a failing file is here.

The server is a Beelink SER6 Pro Ryzen 7 7735HS
    which has:
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS
iGPU: AMD Radeon 680M - 3 GB VRAM
    RAM: 32 GB, DDR5, 2400 MHz, 40-39-39-77, Dual-Channel
    MoBo: AMD Promontory/Bixby FCH

Where the Jellyfin LXC has allocated 2 Cores and 2GB of RAM and iGPU passthrough.
Jellyfin is configured to use VAAPI, but if I remember correctly, the issue was present without hardware acceleration.

Thanks for taking the time to look into this! Greatly appreciated!

You recently installed the Tizen app, correct?

If so, I don't see any reason why the one video doesn't work.

    Correct.
I ran the update script from the mentioned jellyfin-tizen-docker repo before testing and pulling the logs posted above.

    That's what I feared.
I guess I'll try some more random stuff then.

Thanks for your help!! Have a nice weekend :-D

Turns out, my files where corrupt after all. I just did not notice, as playback was fine for the first 20 minutes.
    Thanks again for the help!
