PC browser, iPhone app is able to connect to JellyFin Server at x.x.8.180:8096

TV with x.x.8.242 IP fails to connect with connection timed out warning.
TV is able to connect to https://demo.jellyfin.org/unstable/

JellyFin server logs doesn't seem to show x.x.8.242's attempt at connecting at all.

Anyone able to help me figure out why my TV is failing to connect to the server?

    LXC JellyFin on Proxmox
    Server 10.10.3

    Downloaded from Google play store
    Android TV app 0.18.2

Is the TV on a separate WIFI network or different WIFI band from the PC and iPhone? Are WIFI networks segmented from each other?

TV is connected to switch, proxmox is connected to switch.
    Switch is connected to router.

    All are on LAN cable.

They are shown as the same subnet on the router

TV ethernet NICs are usually jank. Switch the TV to WIFI.

99% of the time, that is the case. TV makers add ethernet as a box to check, usually a POS 100Mbps NIC.
