I actually think this may be the case. I got my laptop and dock set up to the TV, used JMP, and it worked just fine! Bought a Roku Express 4k+ as something to replace it and all those original files worked just fine as well. Only problem I have now is that it wont play the files that I have that are 4k. But I guess thats for another thread.
