    Hi All,

Fist time poster, checked some of the threads and couldn't see anything obvious, apologies if it's asked a lot!

I've had a successful Jellyfin server for a few months. Got a dedicated Server set up for it, launches locally no problem. When I attempt to access externally, I am instantly greeted with the Wizard to 'Set up'. It won't let me just enter my credentials or any users. Anyone know why it would be doing that?

I can probably progress through the Wizard, but as I metnioned it's already fully working locally on the Server. Didn't have this issue on my previous server. Also, had a friend test the external access a few days ago, and afaik, it let him enter his credentials to login then fine. Do i just go through the wizard again?

    Apprecieate any help!

Hey, thank you for the comment. I was being an idiot and had accidentally clicked on the wizard once, forgot you could go back with the arrow top left. It just seemed to default to the wizard and I was being braindead for a while! Apologies!
