Tizen 10.11.0 wgt installed on Samsung qn90a but not launching the app

Same here..
Jellyfin 10.11.0 (and 10.11.z for that matter) installs fine but fails to get past the logo, I need to install v10.10.7/10.10.z for it to work, but then there is a mismatch of some kind making it remux previously supported content because of unsupported file (mkv, no issues playing the same files on another server running v10.10.7), which means it's not respecting aspect ratio info set in the original mkv container and the image is distorted. Samsung QN95A, jellyfin installed via https://github.com/Georift/install-jellyfin-tizen and https://github.com/jeppevinkel/jellyfin-tizen-builds Server running on Truenas Scale. Maybe notable info, I installed the latest version on a Samsung OLED G8 monitor which uses the newer Tizen interface, and that worked fine, even playing the "unsupported" files fine meaning no remuxing leading to wrong AR. But collections being broken is another issue not fixed on a newer tv/monitor, so that is probably serverside. [RANT]I'm so mad at myself for just updating the app in Truenas without backing up like I've done countless times before without issues, and even worse is that I removed it in anger when I tired of the broken log view, movies in collections no longer working as they used to and other small anoyances, deleting the image/snapshot too, making it hopeless to roll back to v10.10.7 that worked flawlessly on all devices. The custom instance of 10.10.7 that I spun up to test with even fails to show collections in the movies view like they used to also, and I'm completely lost over this. [/RANT]

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Pardon my ignorance, but how do I do that on my tv?
But I forgot to mention that I completely reset my tv too in hopes of that fixing it, meaning that it shouldn't have any remainders of unwanted configuration files or other stuff.

I have the same problem after upgrade in Windows 11. I 'Open Jellyfin' from the application in the windows tray and it launches to http://localhost:8096/web/index.html which shows the Jellyfin logo and no menu options.
To access the Jellyfin home page, I have it bookmarked and it works, http://localhost:8096/web/#/home So for the interim, have to access the saved bookmark.

There should be a fix for it in the upcoming bugfix release: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-tizen/issues/367
