jellyfin.exe inexplicably deleted after Windows update

This thread is sort of a continuation of https://www.reddit.com/r/jellyfin/commen...sappeared/ and https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-ser.../issues/24.

For some reason, after a Windows update, jellyfin.exe just deletes itself.

When starting Jellyfin via the system tray application, it should give an error saying it can't find it. If you delete jellyfin.exe yourself, you should get this error.
But for some reason, the tray application just crashes with no error.

It's more likely Windows is deleting it. I've had it happen to be too. I simply reinstall and it's all good.
