@transcode folder

I recently switched from Plex to Jellyfin on Qnap NAS and it works great. One thing I have noticed is that there are a few directories labeled as "@transcode". This has caused the Jellyfin Web UI to display a few duplicates and, of course, the files are taking up a lot of space. Is it advisable to delete any/all "@transcode" directories? Should I use the Web UI or just delete them with the file manager app in Qnap? Or should I just do nothing? Here's what it looks like and the metadata.

The question is what is making that directory? Jellyfin isn't. Do you have Tdarr running? Is it configured to pre-transcode stuff?

I'm assuming it was Plex, but I just wanted to be sure so I can remove the duplicates

You can. You can also create a ".ignore" file in @transcode and Jellyfin will ignore that entire directory.

While in @transode simply type "touch .ignore" and it will create an empty file.
