Turn off backround / poster prior video playback

Hi everyone,

does anybody know how to turnoff the display of the backound picture as fullscreen while buffering for video playback?
I tried in deleting the *backround.jpg from metadata. But that removes the backround completely beforehand and the poster picture gets displayed while buffering instead.
I simply would like to get a blackscreen / nothing prior starting the movie.
Already searched through the settings as well as any hint in this forum.
Hope someone can help.

There is no settings in Jellyfin that allow for this.
Maybe with CSS, but I don't know how that would be done.

Your best bet would be to ask for this as a feature request.
