TV Show Not Recognized – "The Misfit of Demon King Academy (2020)"

Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble getting Jellyfin to recognize the TV show The Misfit of Demon King Academy (2020) correctly. I've added it to my library with what I believe is the proper folder and file structure, but Jellyfin still doesn't detect it as a series or fetch the correct metadata. Here's what my setup looks like:

            ├── The Misfit of Demon King Academy - S01E01.mp4
            ├── The Misfit of Demon King Academy - S01E02.mp4

What I’ve tried so far:

• Rescanned the library multiple times
  

Jellyfin still doesn’t properly identify the series or episodes. Is there something wrong with my naming convention or folder structure? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're naming looks correct. Try clicking on the 3 vertical dots (bottom right corner) of the poster to bring up the submenu. Hit "identify" & enter the title & year of the show. This should then bring up options to change the metadata to what your after

Setup your directories like this:

D:\
└── Serien\
    └── The Misfit of Demon King Academy (2020) [tvdbid-375927]\
        └── Season 01\
            ├── S01E01.mp4
            ├── S01E02.mp4
            ├── ...

Just make sure you have the TheTVDB plugin installed and turned on in the Jellyfin Library "Serien" you created.
You don't need the episode name in the video file name.
