Tv und Handy

Ich hab Jellyfin auf Casa Os installiert, bekomme aber für das handy und mein TV Gerät keine Verbindung. Ich hab die http://192.168.178.xxx:8097 und auch 86 eingegebn, das funzt aber nicht. Was mach ich falsch?
